However, PH Secrets seem to think that covering all of their bases when it comes to the product is going to spell convenience for the customer – and it does.
In saying this, though, there are disadvantages to spending so much time on producing as many products as possible, and the saying ‘quality over quantity’ comes to mind.
PH Secrets not only offer an extensive range of CBD oil products, but they may be the most extensive CBD oil product range that is currently available. From oil, tinctures, topicals, and isolates to dabs, terpenes, pet products and more they are keeping themselves extremely busy bringing out product after product.
While this is great if you’re someone who likes all their eggs in one basket, it’s not so great for those of you who appreciate as much product information as you can get.
It seems that PH Secrets have decided to spend the majority of their time turning a profit instead of doing due diligence when it comes to vital product information.
We can’t find anywhere on their website the source of their CBD oil, nor can we find any lab test reports or Certificates of Analysis. We also can’t find anything about the extraction method that they use on each batch of product, either.
This one-stop shop for all of your CBD oil needs is clearly meant to attract wholesale as well as retail customers, but we can’t help but think that they’re just in it for a quick profit, and not concerned about their customers on a long-term scale.

Final Thoughts
The thing that did it for us, however, is their double standards when it comes to their business model. They clearly state on their website that their goal is to get people off prescription medication and onto something that’s much more natural and healthier.
However, if you look closely at the information they present, you’ll find links embedded every few sentences or so that click through to pharmaceutical products for sale. If that’s not a blatant double standard, we don’t know what is.
At the end of the day, PH Secrets appear to be biting off more than they can chew. While they’ve been ambitious enough to produce a supermarket’s worth of product, they need to slow down a little bit and understand the importance of providing lab test results and sourcing information.
Furthermore, they need to decide whether they’re in support of pharmaceuticals or against them because right now they seem to be a little confused.

This company is the worst! I paid a total of $120 for the products but they were never delivered. Customer service won’t answer my calls and emails. And it seems like this isn’t the first time they’ve done this. Their rating on their facebook page is quite telling. Too bad I didn’t bother to check it before ordering.
